Accuracy is at the core of our journalism, and when we make mistakes, we will correct them promptly and clearly.

If an error appears in one of our stories, we will correct it as soon as it is verified. Online stories will include a note explaining what was corrected and when the change was made. Significant updates or clarifications will also be labeled to ensure readers understand what has changed and why.
