Police investigate early-morning break-in at Foothill Boulevard business
Investigators are following leads, but no suspect has been arrested.
La Verne Police are investigating a burglary reported early Thursday at Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies, 2208 Foothill Blvd.
Officers responded at about 5:42 a.m. Jan. 8, after someone contacted the police department and reported witnessing the incident, according to Lt. Steve Figueroa of the La Verne Police Department. The suspect entered the store by shattering a glass window. No items were reported stolen, and no additional damage was found inside the business. An employee at the store also confirmed nothing was stolen, however, they said the store's security cameras had been "messed with."
The suspect was not apprehended at the scene. Investigators are continuing to follow leads to identify the individual involved, Figueroa said.
