“I’ve always loved cleaning and helping others feel comfortable in their space,” she said, explaining how turning that passion into a business felt like a natural next step.

That spirit became the foundation for Busy D Cleaning Services, a name inspired by the first letter of her own name. “Busy D” reflects both her identity and the energy she pours into her work—active, hardworking, and family-driven. Today, the business is run alongside her husband, John, and son, Robert, a true team effort that keeps operations personal and grounded.

Quintero knew Southern California was the right place to grow her business because of the community’s authenticity and pride. She loves the “beautiful homes and structures in this area,” noting the character and care that residents put into how they live. Serving those homes—and the people who live in them—has become a source of joy as much as a profession.

As word has spread, many clients are surprised to learn just how much Busy D offers. The company is licensed and insured, works across both residential and commercial spaces, and provides detailed turnover cleanings for Airbnb and rental property owners. Recently, the business expanded into dumping and haul-away services, giving customers a full refresh option when they need it most.

Growth, of course, brings challenges. Hiring extra help has been one of the hardest parts of expanding. But what keeps Quintero going are the reactions she hears again and again—clients telling her their home feels “brand new” after a cleaning. That trust fuels her drive to keep building.

Looking ahead, Quintero hopes to stay deeply connected locally, continuing to serve families, businesses, and property owners throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. She also plans to participate in more community events in the coming year. For her, the mission is simple: stay visible, stay reliable, and keep giving back.

“Busy D Cleaning Services is more than just a business to me,” she said. “It’s my family, my passion, and my way of giving back to the community one clean space at a time.”
