July 4 Schedule of Events

6:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. — Pancake Breakfast
Methodist Church, 3205 D St., La Verne
Parking available across the street at Bonita High School.
$8 per plate (typically includes 3 pancakes and 3 sausages)
Purchase tickets on-site or during Monday evening Scout meetings at the Methodist Church, 3205 D St., La Verne, from 7-8:30 p.m. or at the United Methodist Church office Monday-Friday from 9-11:30 a.m.

9:45 a.m. — Pre-Parade Motorcycle Ride 
The Motorcycle Parade kicks off the La Verne 4th of July festivities, riding just ahead of the main parade.

10 a.m. — Parade: Celebrating 250 Years of Independence – La Verne’s Way
Starts at D Street & Tenth Street (south of Bonita High School)
Note: the City of La Verne limits the placement of chairs, tents, blankets, or other items to reserve areas on the parade route to only 24 hours in advance

Municipal fines for the use of ANY fireworks start at $1,000. Fines for the sale, possession and use of illegal fireworks can be upwards of $50,000 and punishable up to one year in jail. 6-10 p.m. — La Verne Fourth of July Fireworks Show
Bonita High School, 3102 D St., La Verne
Children 4 and under are free. $20 General Admission after June 25.

Stars, Stripes and 400 Drones: San Dimas Plans Landmark Celebration
